What F-Number equals 1/8th inch in 10 Feet?

There is no F-number equivalent to any straightedge spec. But, rough
equivalents, in terms of horizontal envelopes, can be given:
An FF 25 can be said to be similar to a single ± 1/4" defect in 10'
An FF 50 can be said to be similar to a single ± 1/8" defect in 10'
An FF 100 can be said to be similar to a single ± 1/16" defect in 10'
